We're sorry! Send photos or a video of the item and label. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Can I return my item?

Yes—within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
To return:

- Contact us with the subject “Returns”
- Include your order number, name, and reason
- Wait for instructions before shipping

Once inspected, we'll process a refund if approved. No returns after 30 days. Excessive returns may be restricted.
